Анекдотическая ситуация у мужа сестры на работе: выделили денег на покупку железа для кластера, а на софт не выделили.
Ставят пока на него Scientific Linux. Роюсь в том, что же туда можно влепить.

upd:: http://openmosix.sourceforge.net/ - openMosix для Linux. Для миграции тредов добавить Migshm - Mosix DSM Distributed Shared Memory и собственно патч для 2.6.
